Now all of us know that chrome is the new browser launched by Google. At the first hands on experience with chrome, it didnt feel as polished as the IE8 or firefox 3 but hey it was google's first attempt at making such a thing. One of the more known facts about CHROME is that it is a FOSS(Free and Open Source Software) application. So what has it got to do with me (you must be wondering....).Well if its an open source software then shouldnt the source code be available to general public to modify it and " help google by testing and patching it up" ??... Yes it is under the project name CHROMIUM...
So here it goes..the requirements and how to proceed with your next mission...editing the chrome source code !!!

I was just surfing the net for some time pass articles and some downloading stuff...I was wondering if I would find anything new today...I was reading a forum post on which it was mentioned..."GOOGLE LABS"...voila ... I realized I hadn't visited them since few months..so I went there to check out some of the new stuff that they come up with at a regular basis and this is what I found !!!

For those new to such applications, It is the Google's move to rival the most popular virtual environment simulator called the " Second life ".

Lessons from the Goa trip.


1.) never ride in a car which is filled with 3 drivers(who reckon they can drive) who cant drive smoothly...1 good driver is a better pick..(and hence i had joined the driving classes and now i can drive a four wheeler!! )

2.) Never have assumptions about the place you are visiting. It may sometimes disappoint you or it might come out to be the exactly the opposite than what you might have imagined !! This makes the place more enjoyable as you stop comparing it with your "bench marked" idea of the place.(This applies to all places on earth... Venice,Mauritius,bharuch,Switzerland )

3.) An all luxuries-comfortable trip is good but sometimes going unplanned can be a hell lot of fun !!

4.) Carry a handful of plastic bags with you wherever you go.you never know where they might be useful...leave out all of that non-biodegradable and environmental perspective at your home when you are on a trip..

I got to know about this site called www.giveawayoftheday.com courtesy www.raymond.cc ...

These guys give out a full version of a software or game everyday(for a fixed download time period ofcourse..) for free !!! Yes free until your internet provider doesnt charge you for the data transfer...what is so exciting about this site is that it is legal to use it for ''non-comercial'' uses if you except their terms and conditions...(some bottle necks are necessary...)

So that way they spread the not-so-known softwares amongst users legally..

There are some really good softwares(clean and legal to download ) up for grabs. Do give it a try if you have got some spare time or a thirst for acquring full version softies and dont want to spread unlawfull piracy..
